Golf safety instructions - Covid-19

Following the Prime Minister's announcement on May 7 concerning the national deconfinement plan, you will find attached the conditions under which our golf course will be able to reopen and welcome you.

Reopening date :

Golf de l'Isle Adam will reopen on May 13, 2020 from 8am.

Reservations required:

Reservation of a round is compulsory for access to the course (for members and green fees). Strict access control will be in place at the entrance to the golf course. If no reservation has been made, access will be refused to all facilities.

Reservations can be made by telephone or via the website.

Players who have booked a round of golf or a practice session or lesson may not arrive at the golf parking lot more than 30 minutes before their tee time or practice session or lesson, and must leave immediately at the end of their round or practice session or lesson.

Reservation not honored :

As far as possible, we ask you to book only your own departure to avoid blocking places unnecessarily.

Golf management reserves the right to restrict access to the course for players who have made a reservation without subsequently teeing off.

Access to the caddy master

In view of the impossibility of disinfecting each bag after each game, members are kindly requested to collect their personal bags and carts on their next visits. Bags will no longer be stored at the caddy master. The manual and electric golf carts will remain available and will be disinfected after each use.

One player must come and go with his bag for each course.

The restaurant, bar and changing rooms are inaccessible:

The "changing rooms", "lounge", "bar" and "restaurant" areas will be inaccessible to players. In a second phase, we are looking into the possibility of setting up a takeaway system, in strict compliance with government hygiene measures (disinfection, frequent cleaning, etc.).

Proshop access :

The "Pro Shop" area of the club will be open with access limited to one customer at a time, for the sole purpose of paying golf fees or purchasing golf consumables (balls, gloves, textile tees and equipment).

Access to the Practice :

The driving range is accessible only to people who have booked a tee time and will be open for teaching purposes, respecting the general principle of 2-meter distance between people.

Warm-up for players who have booked a start with the following precautions:

  • The training areas are sufficiently spaced to respect the 2-metre distance between people;
  • Balls are taken exclusively with individual prepaid cards at reception;
  • Players must return their empty buckets from the driving range to the staff in charge of disinfecting the bucket;

The driving range is not accessible to players who have completed their course.

Use of carts :

No collective use of carts (rented or personal) except for families or persons living under the same roof. Carts must be disinfected before and after use.

On the course :

  • Only people who have made a reservation are allowed to start.
  • At the start of holes 1 and 10 and at the exit of 18: hydroalcoholic gel available;
  • Players must stay at least 2 metres apart;
  • The rakes are removed from the bunkers;
  • Players are forbidden to touch the stakes delimiting the course and the water obstacles;
  • The bogey / holes are raised on the greens to avoid any manipulation of the flag and not to pick up his ball in the hole;
  • Ball washer and garbage cans neutralized;
  • No exchange of materials between players;
  • No scorecard exchange;

We're counting on all of you to ensure that these measures, which may seem restrictive, are respected so that everyone can enjoy our favorite sport.
