LAND

 

The event will take place on the Golf de l'Isle Adam course.

 

GAME FORM

 

54-hole gross stroke-play single, 18 holes per day, CUT after 36 holes, ranking based on the sum of gross scores from the 3 rounds.

The number of qualified amateur players after the cut will be : 12 first ladies (plus any ex-aequo), 45 first gentlemen (plus any ex-aequo). If professional players are playing in the Grand Prix, they will not be taken into account in calculating the CUT.

Training (by reservation) on Thursday, April 20, 2023. Course closed at 3:00 pm

OPEN TO

 

The event is open to players with a ffgolf 2023 license. Foreign players not licensed in France must be licensed in their country of origin.

Be the holder of a medical certificate stating that he/she is not contraindicated to play golf in competition or, if the player has provided a certificate in 2021 or 2022 certify that he/she has answered negatively to all the questions in the health questionnaire available on Myffgolf.

For players not licensed in France, attest to having answered negatively to all the questions in the health questionnaire available on the ffgolf website.

All players must have paid the 35 € "droit de jeu fédéral" or be a member of a recognized foreign federation.

The license, the medical certificate or the questionnaire of health and the right of jeu federal must be registered at the ffgolf before the beginning of the event, failing what the seizure of the score xml-ph-0030@de

Players must be up to date with their entry fees for all previous Grand Prix events in which they have participated, otherwise they will not be accepted.

REGISTRATION

 

Registration opens MONDAY, MARCH 06, 2023 (directly at www.golfisleadam.com)

The closing date for entries is 6 p.m. on THURSDAY APRIL 6, 2023.

The list of selected players will be published on the club's website on WEDNESDAY APRIL 12, 2023 at 11am.

Entry fees :

- for adults over 24 (born before 1999): 110 euros

- for ffgolf members aged 19 to 24 (born between 1999 and 2004): 65 euros

- for ffgolf members aged 18 and under (born in 2005 or later): 50 euros

- for Isle Adam golf club members: 50 euros

Any player withdrawing after the registration deadline (Thursday 6 April 2023) remains liable for the entry fee.

 

Player field :

 

The maximum number of players will be 120, including a minimum of 27 ladies (excluding WC) and a maximum of 12 Wild Cards.

The club must reserve 10% of its field of players for U16 Gold licenses that do not enter via their amateur merit place or index (example: May to August: 10% of 111 gentlemen = 11 and 10% of 33 ladies = 3). Places will be allocated according to the same criteria as the official list. A U16 player holding a Gold license is not required to have the required index to be included in the 10% quota.

The field of players will be determined as follows:

Players will be selected by first selecting foreign players ranked in the top 2000 of the WAGR for men and in the top 1500 of the WWAGR for women, then according to the order of the National Amateur Merit at the close of registration, then according to the order of the indexes, while respecting the minimum number of women indicated in the previous table.

The index limit does not apply to foreign players ranked in the top 2000 of the WAGR for men and in the top 1500 of the WWAGR for women, or to players ranked in the Mérite National Amateur.

 

DEPARTURE TIMES

 

- Day 1: 4 equal blocks (Block 1 best players to Block 4 worst players) Order of play: Block 2, then Block 1, Block 3 and finally Block 4.

- Day 2: Block 3, Block 4, Block 2 and Block 1.

- Day 3: according to the total results of the first two rounds, in descending order.

Round 1, by time slot in Amateur Merit order, then in ascending order of index within these time slots. (Start times will be available at www.golfisleadam.com on Thursday April 20, 2023 from 1:00 p.m.).

The departures of the 2ndth round will be those of the 1stst by dividing them in two and swapping each half while keeping the same groups.

The departures of the 3th round will be in reverse gross order of the first 2 rounds.

First round: first start at 7.45 a.m.

Second round: First start at 7.45 a.m.

Third round: first start at 8 a.m.

Gentlemen: Marker II - White Marks - 6,188 metres, Par 72 - SSS 72.4

Ladies : Repère IV - Marques Bleues - 5,152 metres, Par 72 - SSS 72.3

 

TIE-BREAKING

 

In the event of a tie for 1stre place at the end of the 3 rounds, a hole-by-hole play-off will be played on holes 17, 18, 1, 2 and so on.

NB: If a play-off cannot be completed or played, the provisional ranking will become definitive, unless the event committee decides otherwise (e.g. to declare co-winners).

For the other places, the tie will be decided on the 18, 9, 6, 3 and last hole (RMS ranking).

 

PRICE

 

The top 3 men in the gross ranking will be rewarded.

The first 2 ladies in the gross ranking will be rewarded.

 

AWARDS PRESENTATION

 

Sunday, April 23, 2023 at the Club House 30 minutes after the end of the competition, followed by a cocktail reception.

BEHAVIOR AND DRESS CODE

 

If a player (or his cadet) behaves improperly, or does not comply with the code of behavior of the permanent local rules for federal amateur events (rule 1-2), he will be informed that the event committee will decide on a possible penalty, up to and including disqualification. The Committee's decision is final for the event concerned. Players must comply with the dress code in force at Golf de l'Isle Adam. The event committee reserves the right to modify the present rules during the Grand Prix to take account of any particular event (bad weather, etc.).
