SPECIAL EVENT REGULATIONS

 

LAND

The event will take place on the Golf de l'Isle Adam course.

 

GAME FORM

54-hole gross stroke-play single, 18 holes per day, CUT after 36 holes, ranking based on the sum of gross scores from the 3 rounds.

The number of amateur players qualifying after the cut will be: the top 15 women (plus any ties), the top 45 men (plus any ties). If professional players compete in the Grand Prix, they will not be included in the cut calculation.

OPEN TO

The competition is open to players with a 2026 FFGolf license who have paid the €40 federal playing fee or who are licensed by a recognized foreign federation.

Players must be up to date with their entry fees for all previous Grand Prix events.

Players must hold a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to playing competitive golf, or if the player has provided a certificate in 2024 or 2025, certifying that they have answered "no" to all the questions on the health questionnaire available in the My ffgolf member area.

For players not licensed in France, attest to having answered negatively to all the questions in the health questionnaire available on the ffgolf website.

The license and medical certificate must be registered with ffgolf before the start of the event, otherwise the player's score will be blocked on RMS.

REGISTRATION

The registration deadline is Friday, March 20, 2026, at 6 p.m. (register directly at www.golfisleadam.com).

Only the date of receipt of entries will be taken into account in drawing up the official list.

The list of selected players will be published no later than Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m .

 

Entry fees :

- for adults: 110 euros

– for FFGolf license holders aged 19 to 24 (born between 2002 and 2007): €65

– for FFGolf license holders aged 18 and under (born in 2008 or later): €50

- for Isle Adam golf club members: 50 euros

 

Player field :

The maximum number of players will be 120, including a minimum of 33 women (excluding Wild Cards) and a maximum of 12 Wild Cards.

The club will reserve 10% of its field of players for U16 Gold licenses that do not enter via their amateur merit place or index (example: May to August: 10% of 114 gentlemen = 11 and 10% of 42 ladies = 4). Places will be allocated according to the same criteria as the official list. A U16 player holding a Gold license is not required to have the required index to be included in the 10% quota.

The field of players will be determined as follows:

With the exception of the Grand Prix Elites, players will be selected firstly on the basis of foreign nationals ranked in the top 2000 of the WAGR for men and in the top 1500 of the WWAGR for women, then according to the order of the Mérite National Amateur at the closing date for entries, then according to the order of the indexes, while respecting the minimum number of women indicated in the previous table, at the closing date for entries.

The index limit does not apply to foreign players ranked in the top 2000 of the WAGR for men and in the top 1500 of the WWAGR for women, or to players ranked in the Mérite National Amateur.

Recognition Day: Free on the eve of the 1sttour round, i.e. Friday, April 3, 2026

 

DEPARTURE TIMES

- First round: 4 equal blocks (Block 1 best players to Block 4 worst players) Order of play: Block 2, then Block 1, Block 3 and finally Block 4.

- Second round: Block 3, Block 4, Block 2 and Block 1.

- Third round: according to the total results of the first two rounds, in descending order.

Round 1, by time slot in Amateur Merit order, then in ascending order of index within these time slots. (Start times will be available at www.golfisleadam.com

Friday, April 3, 2026, starting at 11:00 a.m.

The departures of the 2ndth round will be those of the 1stst by dividing them in two and swapping each half while keeping the same groups.

The departures of the 3th round will be in reverse gross order of the first 2 rounds.

First round: first tee time at 8:00 a.m.

Second round:first tee time at 8:00 a.m.

Third round: first tee time at 8:30 a.m.

Gentlemen: Marker 2 White Marks - 6,188 metres, Par 72, SSS 72.4

Ladies: Repère 4 Marques Bleues - 5,152 metres, Par 72, SSS 72.3

 

SLOW GAME

The fast-play procedure of the permanent federal local rules applies (see § 1.2-2-3 and 1.2.2-4 of the vadémécum).

 

TIE-BREAKING

In the event of a tie for 1stre place for each gender at the end of the event, a hole-by-hole play-off will be played on holes 18, 1, 2, 17 and so on.

NB: If a play-off cannot be completed or played, the provisional ranking will become definitive, unless the event committee decides otherwise (e.g. to declare co-winners).

For the other places, the tie will be decided on the 18, 9, 6, 3 and last hole (RMS ranking).

 

PRICE

The top 3 men in the gross ranking will be rewarded.

The first 2 ladies in the gross ranking will be rewarded.

 

AWARDS PRESENTATION

Monday, April 6, 2026, at the Club House, 30 minutes after the end of the competition, followed by a cocktail reception.
